Though this blog is geared toward preschoolers, get ready, because preschoolers because preschoolers grow up to be teenagers! So today I mixed it up a bit today on CBS 11 and talked about fighting with teenagers- enjoy!

I'm so glad I watched this!!!!! I now feel like a fantastic mother because I did everything you said to do in the clip!!!!! Thank goodness I've done something right in my life LOL
You know, I think parenting my daughter that way has empowered her to be more confident with herself. She doesn't always make the right choice, but as long as it wasn't going to be "unsafe," I let her make the wrong decision and suffer the consequences. That was waaaaay hard for me, but I knew if I would stick with it, she would respect me more in the long run.
